Located behind the Graveyard in Kakariko Village, the Shadow Temple requires you to utilize the Lens of Truth to reveal illusions, hidden passages, and invisible foes. You must navigate treacherous traps, guillotines, and bottomless pits using the Hover Boots to ultimately confront Bongo Bongo and awaken Impa as the Shadow Sage.

Dead Hand

Moves around beneath the ground and emerges only when you allow yourself to be grabbed by one of its white hands

ReDead

Weak to Sun's Song, sword attacks

Emits a paralyzing shriek if you walk within its line of sight without stunning it first

Stalfos

Weak to Jump slashes, Megaton Hammer

Uses a shield to block normal attacks and can leap over your sword strikes

Gibdo

Weak to Sun's Song, Din's Fire, sword strikes

Mummified undead that slowly walks toward you, freezing you with a scream if approached directly

Red Bubble

Weak to Shield deflection, arrows

Floating flaming skull that extinguishes its flame upon hitting your shield, leaving it vulnerable

Floormaster

Weak to Din's Fire, sword attacks

Green severed hand that splits into three smaller hands when defeated; destroy all three to prevent them from regenerating

Beamos

Weak to Bombs, Bombchus

Rotating mechanical eye that shoots a tracking laser at you when in range

Tips

Keep the Lens of Truth mapped to a readily accessible button, as countless walls, floors, and platforms throughout this dungeon are completely invisible without it.
Equip the Hover Boots to cross gaps between floating platforms and to walk over pit traps without falling.
Play the Sun's Song immediately when entering rooms with ReDeads or Gibdos to permanently freeze them in place.
During the Bongo Bongo boss fight, equip the Hover Boots to avoid being bounced into the air by the drum beats while aiming your bow.
