Inside Jabu-Jabu's Belly
Link enters the sacred patron deity of the Zoras to rescue Princess Ruto and retrieve the third Spiritual Stone, the Zora's Sapphire. You must carry and cooperate with the stubborn young princess to weigh down switches and navigate the creature's organic passages. Inside, you defeat parasitic tentacles and a mini-boss to claim the Boomerang before facing the bio-electric monster Barinade.

- Princess Ruto: carried companion who acts as a heavy weight for blue floor switches
Tips
- You can throw Princess Ruto onto platforms or across gaps to hit switches or advance puzzles before jumping across to meet her.
- If you lose Princess Ruto, she will usually reappear in the room where you initially met her or near the pit you dropped through.
- Boxes found in the dungeon can be used to permanently weigh down blue floor switches when Princess Ruto is no longer with you.
- The Boomerang is effective at stunning electric enemies from a safe distance without taking recoil shock damage.
