Link returns to Kokiri Forest as an adult to discover it overrun with hostile monsters because the Forest Temple has been cursed. The Kokiri are trapped inside their houses for safety, and the path to the Deku Tree is barred. Link must navigate past the enemies to reach the Lost Woods and head toward the Sacred Forest Meadow.
Enemies
Big Deku Baba
Weak to sword strikes, Hookshot
Drops Deku Sticks or Deku Nuts when defeated.
Octorok
Weak to deflecting projectile with shield, projectile attacks
Shoots rocks from the water channels throughout the village.

- Kokiri Shop: Deku Nuts (5 for 15 Rupees), Deku Arrows (various bundle sizes), Deku Shield (40 Rupees), Recovery Heart (10 Rupees)
Tips
- None of the Kokiri will recognize Link in his adult form, but you can talk to them inside their homes to hear about the monsters invading the village.
