Underworld
Underworld is a safe haven established by non-feral ghouls inside the Museum of History on the Capital Wasteland's National Mall. Visitors can pick up major side quests such as "You Gotta Shoot 'Em in the Head" from Mister Crowley and "Reilly's Rangers" by waking Reilly in the clinic.
