An elderly woman named Agatha lives here and asks you to recover a priceless Soil Stradivarius violin from Vault 92 to keep classical music alive. Completing her quest establishes Agatha's Song radio station and provides unique equipment rewards.

Bringing Agatha a piece of sheet music in addition to the violin causes her to open her husband's ammunition box and gift you the Blackhawk, a unique scoped .44 magnum.

Tips

Accessing the house requires crossing a makeshift rope bridge across the rocky canyon; look for the rocky passage northeast of the Scrapyard.
Do not kill Agatha, as keeping her alive allows you to listen to Agatha's Song radio station anywhere in the Capital Wasteland.
