Springvale is a ruined suburban town located just down the hill from the Vault 101 entrance. It serves as an early stop where players can scavenge supplies, deal with a few hostile pests, and find a resident with ties to a debt quest in nearby Megaton.

- If you speak to Colin Moriarty in Megaton first, he will send you to collect caps from Silver in Springvale, giving you a chance to resolve the situation peacefully, through violence, or with speech checks.
- Don't miss checking the mailboxes outside the ruined houses, as several contain minor loot, ammunition, or skill books.
