Heavily populate the cliffs, shacks, and interior foundry areas; some use missile launchers and sniper rifles from elevated positions.

- Smiling Jack: Sells general goods, ammo, and weapons; will not turn hostile unless directly attacked, even if surrounding raiders are dead
Tips
- Approach the exterior gorge cautiously from the high cliffs to pick off raiders and snipers from long range before entering the canyon basin.
- Shoot the generator near the Behemoth's pen from a distance to let the monster thin out the outdoor raider forces for you.
