Tenpenny Tower is a fortified luxury hotel settlement located in the southwest of the Capital Wasteland, inhabited by wealthy snobs led by Allistair Tenpenny. The player can engage in the quest "Tenpenny Tower" to decide the fate of a group of ghouls seeking entry, as well as interact with Allistair to resolve the fate of Megaton. You can obtain a player suite here by choosing to detonate the atomic bomb in Megaton.

You can unleash feral ghouls into the tower by lockpicking or hacking the basement containment door terminal and destroying the emergency generator, bypassing negotiations entirely.

A heavily armored, durable feral ghoul variant added by Broken Steel that can appear in the basement or during the ghoul raid.

Feral Ghoul Roamer

Mid-tier feral ghoul found attacking during the ghoul breach scenario.

Shops and people

Gustavo: Chief of security who sells weapons, ammunition, and weapon repairs.
Lydia Montenegro: Proprietor of Boutique Chic, sells general goods, clothing, and home furnishings for the Tenpenny suite.
Anthony Ling: Sells clothing and tailoring services at Le Chic.
Doctor Banfield: Provides medical treatment, sells chems and medical supplies, and can alter the player's plastic surgery.
Margaret Primrose: Runs the Gourmet restaurant and sells various food and beverage items.

Tips

If you broker a peaceful resolution between the residents and Roy Phillips' ghouls, the ghouls will eventually slaughter all original human residents anyway after a few days.
Killing Allistair Tenpenny completes a contract for the quest "You Gotta Shoot 'Em in the Head" given by Mister Crowley in the Underworld.
If you choose to blow up Megaton, you must speak with Mister Burke at the top of the tower to receive the detonation trigger and the key to your new penthouse suite.
