Arefu is a small settlement built on the remains of a highway bridge where you travel during the quest "Blood Ties" to check on the local residents. After reporting to Evan King, you must visit the four homes on the bridge to find the missing West family. Once you discover the murdered West parents, you investigate clues that point toward finding Ian West and the group known as The Family.
