Mothership Zeta
Mothership Zeta begins when the Lone Wanderer investigates the Alien Crash Site in the Capital Wasteland, triggering a tractor beam that pulls them aboard an extraterrestrial spacecraft. After escaping confinement alongside fellow captive Somah, you must fight through the ship's decks, free other abductees from different eras of human history, and disable ship systems to take control of the vessel. The final objective requires reaching the bridge to defeat the alien captain and engage a hostile alien warship in an orbital artillery duel.

Enemies
Weak support aliens that generally flee unless attacked first.
Common hostile combatants equipped with energy weapons and occasional personal energy shields.
Robotic security sentries that fire energy blasts; disabling their inhibitor causes them to attack other aliens.
Grotesque mutated human-alien hybrids that rush players with high-damage melee strikes in the Research Lab.
Ceiling-mounted defensive turrets deployed throughout corridors and maintenance shafts.
Tips
- Bring high-repair equipment or items that can be maintained with Alien Epoxy, as Alien Epoxy fully restores a portion of weapon condition and replaces the need for duplicate weapons.
- Many sectors of Mothership Zeta, including the Living Quarters, Cryo Labs, and Cargo Hold, lock permanently after destroying the enemy warship, so scour every room for unique gear and Alien Captive Logs immediately upon entering.
- Keep Somah, Paulson, and Toshiro Kago well-equipped during group battles to prevent them from falling in combat before their personal objectives are resolved.
