Lost Izalith is a subterranean domain submerged in lava, featuring ancient stone ruins and twisted, corrupted architecture. Players navigate across the vast magma lake using stone structures to reach the inner ruins and the heart of the Bed of Chaos. Progressing through this zone requires eliminating the primary boss to claim a Lord Soul to feed the Lordvessel.

A gimmick boss defeated by striking two outer orbs and then navigating crumbling floors to kill the central bug.

Tips

Equip the Orange Charred Ring at all times while walking through the open lava to drastically reduce continuous fire damage.
The limbs of the Bed of Chaos do not reset their destruction status if you die, allowing you to tackle the boss in stages.
