The Thorn is an underground fighting arena and settlement located beneath the outskirts of Westside, accessible through sewer grates. It is run by Red Lucy, who organizes bloodsports where players can gamble, enter gladiatorial cage matches, or capture live wasteland creatures. Taking on Red Lucy's multi-stage hunting quest provides access to unique gear, arena betting, and dangerous monster encounters.

- Red Lucy: Sells various types of hunting ammunition, hides, and animal meat, and accepts arena match setups or creature egg turn-ins
Tips
- Bringing a high-damage shotgun combined with the "Shotgun Surgeon" perk makes the Thorn's close-quarters cage arena fights much easier to survive.
- You do not have to fight in the cage yourself to make money; you can place bets on computer-controlled creature battles through Red Lucy.
- Completing the entire "Bleed Me Dry" questline allows the player to flirt with Red Lucy and unlock a repeatable intimate encounter with her.
