REPCONN Test Site
The REPCONN Test Site is a former aerospace research facility west of Novac, overrun by hostile feral ghouls and stealthy Nightkin. The area is central to the quest "Come Fly With Me," where you assist a group of non-feral Bright Brotherhood ghouls in clearing the basement of Nightkin so they can launch their rockets. Completing the objectives involves brokering peace or fighting the Nightkin, finding missing launch components, and dealing with a human cult engineer named Chris Haversam.

Tips
- Nightkin rely heavily on active camouflage, so use VATS frequently to spot them before they strike, or watch for the shimmering visual distortion in dark basement corridors.
- You can resolve the Nightkin occupation completely without combat by speaking to their leader, Davison, and agreeing to find a missing shipment of Stealth Boys in the basement.
- Bring high Science or Speech skills before speaking to Chris Haversam if you want to convince him he is a human rather than a ghoul, which unlocks alternative quest resolutions.
