Fallout: New Vegas guide · Meeting the Burned Man
← All areas in this guide

Angel Cave serves as the main camp for the Dead Horses tribe and the personal sanctuary of Joshua Graham, also known as the Burned Man, in the Honest Hearts expansion. Players come here early in the DLC's main questline to consult with Joshua Graham, accept key objectives, and interact with the local Dead Horses tribe. It functions as a safe, friendly interior hub containing living quarters, crafting stations, and storage.

Shops and people

  • Joshua Graham: Offers extensive quest dialogue, basic guidance, and will occasionally replenish .45 Auto ammunition for the player upon request

Tips

  • Angel Cave contains clean water sources and usable campfires, making it an ideal central base for managing supplies and healing while exploring Zion Canyon.
  • Joshua Graham constantly inspects and cleans .45 Auto pistols at his workbench, but attacking him turns the entire Dead Horses tribe hostile and immediately fails the main DLC storyline, initiating the "Chaos in Zion" quest instead.
