Bitter Springs is an NCR refugee camp located in the northeastern mountains, infamous as the site of a tragic massacre of the Great Khans. The Courier visits this camp to help Captain Gilles handle supply shortages, medical crises, and attacks by Legion raiding parties. It is also an essential location for Craig Boone's companion quest, "I Forgot to Remember to Forget."

Tips
- Bring Doctor's Bags or have a high Medicine skill when taking on medical supply requests from the camp doctor.
- Watch the surrounding ridges to the west and south, as Legion raiding parties will snipe down into the camp during defense quests.
