Sierra Madre Villa

Fallout: New Vegas guide · Exploring the residential district
← All areas in this guide

The Sierra Madre Villa serves as the main residential and courtyard area surrounding the fountain where the Dead Money add-on begins. You must navigate its narrow streets to recruit three companions—Dog/God, Christine, and Dean Domino—while avoiding deadly Cloud pockets and explosive collar radio frequencies. Once the companions are gathered and the Gala Event is triggered, this area becomes heavily infested with hostile Ghost People on your trek toward the Casino.

Tips

  • Always dismember unconscious Ghost People with a melee weapon or explosive to prevent them from getting back up.

  • Avoid lingering in red Cloud patches, as they rapidly deplete your health and cause continuous damage over time.
