Boulder City is a partially ruined town located northeast of HELIOS One where NCR forces are locked in a tense standoff with Great Khans holding two troopers hostage. You can resolve the situation peacefully or through combat to advance the main quest "They Went That-a-Way" and learn the whereabouts of Benny. Exploring the intact buildings reveals a memorial dedicated to the First Battle of Hoover Dam, a bar, and a train station.
