The Lucky 38 is the towering casino headquarters of Mr. House on the New Vegas Strip, opened to the player after confronting Benny or approaching the Strip entrance. Inside the penthouse, the Courier officially meets Mr. House via a massive computer monitor to discuss the Platinum Chip and the fate of the Mojave. Exploring the tower unlocks a personal player suite and serves as a primary hub for several major story quests.

Tips

Speak to Mr. House to unlock the Presidential Suite, which serves as a permanent player home where you can safely store items and send companions to wait.
Do not unlock the antechamber terminal leading to Mr. House's physical body unless you are ready to permanently turn the Securitrons hostile and fail Mr. House's storyline.
