The party must navigate this fortified military installation on the southern continent to reach the entrance leading to the Sealed Gate. While initially garrisoned by Imperial troops who bar entry, the base becomes completely deserted when the group arrives with Terra to seek the aid of the Espers. Performing well during the subsequent banquet minigame in Vector unlocks the base's subterranean storeroom, granting access to a substantial hoard of equipment, supplies, and gil.

- You must score at least 67 points during the Imperial banquet in Vector to unlock the armory door here before the world changes.
- Ensure Terra is in your active party before making the journey to the base, as the path forward cannot be resolved without her presence to commune with the Espers.
