After selecting a three-person party to pursue Kefka to the Floating Continent, the party boards the deck of the Blackjack and repels consecutive aerial attack waves from Imperial aircraft. Surviving the fighters triggers a battle against Ultros and Typhon, who uses Snort to cast the group off the airship. The party then battles the airborne mechanical dreadnought Air Force while in mid-fall before touching down on the Floating Continent.
