The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild guide · Seeking the Master Sword
← All areas in this guide
The Great Hyrule Forest is shrouded by the Lost Woods, which requires following windblown ember trails to reach the tranquil Korok Forest at the center. Once inside the Korok Forest, Link meets the Great Deku Tree and finds the legendary Master Sword resting in a stone pedestal. To claim the Master Sword, you must pull it free by enduring a trial of vitality that demands a minimum of thirteen red heart containers.
