Thunderhead Isles: Investigating the storm clouds
The Thunderhead Isles are a series of sky islands shrouded in a massive, permanent thunderstorm above the Faron region. Exploring this area leads to Dragonhead Island, where you find a key Zonai relic required to awaken the fifth Sage. Clearing the thunderstorm via the main quest significantly improves visibility and removes the danger of constant lightning strikes.

Tips
- Unequip all metal weapons, shields, and bows before entering if the storm is still active to avoid being struck by lightning.
- You need at least ten Heart Containers to pull open the relic chamber door at Dragonhead Island; temporary yellow hearts do not count.
- Launching from the Popla Foothills Skyview Tower provides the easiest initial glide toward the northern edge of the storm cloud.
