Lookout Landing serves as the central hub of Hyrule where you regroup with Purah and the survivors after descending from the Great Sky Island. You will obtain the Paraglider here and activate the first Skyview Tower to reveal the surface and sky map. Checking in with the various characters sets up the main quest to investigate the four regional phenomena across the kingdom.

- Karson: Builder NPC who repairs structures around the base
Tips
- Activate the Lookout Landing Skyview Tower as early as possible because doing so is required to unlock the Paraglider.
- Rest at the beds inside the Emergency Shelter for free healing instead of spending rupees at an inn.
- Search the rooftop and balcony of the research lab building to find loose equipment and materials left behind by researchers.
