← All areas in this guide

The Hebra region is trapped in a devastating blizzard, prompting an investigation into Rito Village and the storm above it. You meet with Tulin to track down the cause of the freezing winds, which leads through the rising sky ruins to the Wind Temple. Clearing the storm stops the regional freeze and grants you the permanent ability to call upon Tulin's wind gusts.
