FINAL FANTASY IX guide · The optional cave near Treno

Quan's Dwelling is a small, quiet cave located near Treno that was once the home of Quan and his adopted grandson, Vivi. Players can visit this cavern early in Disc 2 to collect treasure, drink from a restorative spring, and discover significant backstory regarding Vivi and Quina. Later in the game, returning with both Vivi and Quina in the party unlocks exclusive cutscenes and additional rewards.
