Mount Gulug (Disc 4)
Mount Gulug can be revisited optionally during Disc 4 solely to complete part of the central Mognet Central delivery chain. The volcano is now abandoned, devoid of boss encounters, and only regular random monster encounters remain. You must speak to the Moogle Mopli inside to deliver a letter and continue the quest to restore Mognet Central.
Enemies
Self-destructs with heavy damage if not defeated quickly.
Deals heavy fire and wind damage using Twister and Aerial Slash.
Inflicts Venom and utilizes earth-based attacks.
Appears in flying packs and casts elemental magic.
Tips
- Equipping fire-nullifying or fire-absorbing gear like Ribbon, Flame Shield, or Egoist's Armlet makes random encounters here significantly safer.
- Mopli is located inside the right-hand shack near the well entrance, waiting to receive a letter from Kumool as part of the Disc 4 Mognet quest.
