Esto Gaza is a snowy sanctuary situated on the Lost Continent that serves as the gateway to Mount Gulug. The party visits this holy site on Disc 3 to rescue Eiko after she is abducted by Kuja's subordinates, Zorn and Thorn. Players can rest, purchase high-end equipment, and speak to the resident bishop before continuing down the path behind the shrine into the volcano.

Returning to Esto Gaza on Disc 4 allows access to the inner areas, but the shopkeeper and Priest will have vacated, and the path to Mount Gulug will be permanently sealed off.

Tips

Esto Gaza's shop sells equipment that can teach powerful abilities; make sure to purchase what you need on Disc 3 because the merchant will no longer be there on Disc 4.
The Moogle Mogrika inside the inner terrace provides save and tent services and handles Mognet delivery letters.
