Conde Petie is a mountainous village inhabited by dwarves on the Outer Continent that Zidane and his party reach after surviving Fossil Roo. To progress further toward the Sanctuary and Mountain Path, Zidane and Dagger must participate in a traditional dwarf wedding ceremony to receive permission from the elder.

Watching the ATE "Vivi and a Couple" will alter dialogues slightly and shows Vivi learning about the village's custom of marriage from dwarf residents.

Tips

Be sure to complete the wedding ceremony between Zidane and Dagger, as the village elder will not grant access to the Conde Petie Mountain Path without it.
You can choose to have Vivi and Quina undergo the wedding ceremony right after Zidane and Dagger for a humorous optional cutscene.
