Siofra River is a vast subterranean zone beneath Limgrave and Caelid, illuminated by a starry false sky and filled with ruins, ancient spirits, and claymen. Explorers light eight stone obelisks across the lower riverbed to awaken the Ancestor Spirit resting at Hallowhorn Grounds. The region also features an isolated Dragonkin Soldier boss accessible via a waygate and provides passage north to the Deep Siofra Well elevator leading into Caelid.

Siofra River Well Depths

Descend the Siofra River Well elevator in East Limgrave's Mistwood to arrive underground, activating the Siofra River Well Depths Site of Grace. From this checkpoint, head up the ruin stairs, hug the outer ledge and wall, and take out the Teardrop Scarab on the stone platform to acquire the Oracle Bubbles sorcery. Then navigate through the flooded ruin corridors packed with Claymen until you reach an indoor lift.

Siofra River Bank and Environs

Ride the indoor lift up into the open riverbed to unlock the Siofra River Bank Site of Grace. Head west to southwest onto the rocky ledges behind the pillar and loot the corpse in the Clayman-guarded open stone ruin near Ancestral Followers to obtain Armorer's Cookbook .

Hallowhorn Grounds and Plains

Advance across the plains to collect Map: Siofra River from a corpse resting at the foot of the stone stairs leading up to Hallowhorn Grounds. Examine the massive eight-fire monument and high aqueduct bridge, then scour the valley to locate and ignite the eight flame pillars scattered across the region.

Watch out: Triggering the Radahn Festival before talking to Blaidd here will cause you to miss his presence and dialogue in Siofra River.

Central Scaffolding and Woods

Head farther north through the valley to activate the Worshippers’ Woods Site of Grace. Make your way southwest of this checkpoint to scale the cliffside wooden scaffolding, following the path into a ruin behind a waterfall to meet the Abandoned Merchant.

Dragonkin Soldier Overlook

Walk south from the Worshippers' Woods Site of Grace, ascend the fallen, slanted pillar guarded by an Ancestral Follower archer, and activate the waygate at the summit. This teleports you to an elevated overlook where you can defeat the sleeping Dragonkin Soldier to earn the Dragon Halberd. Before moving on, duck into the ruin archway beside the collapsed pillar to slay a Teardrop Scarab for Great Oracular Bubble, and grab Marika's Scarseal from a corpse under the waterfall.

Deep Siofra Well

Continue north through the plains past Worshippers' Woods to reach the Below the Well Site of Grace. On the stairs ascending toward the Deep Siofra Well lift, loot a corpse to claim the Clarifying Horn Charm. Finally, insert two Stonesword Keys into the mechanism at the Deep Siofra Well lift to ride it straight up into Caelid.

Tips

Use the abundant tree cover and stone ruins to break line of sight against the Ancestral Follower snipers, whose spectral arrows have extreme range and tracking.
You must interact with and ignite all eight stone obelisks scattered across the open plain before the horned remains at Hallowhorn Grounds will activate the portal to the Ancestor Spirit.
