1. 1

   Bridge of Iniquity and Corpse-Stench Shack

   Enter Mt. Gelmir from Altus Plateau by crossing the Bridge of Iniquity or by taking the Seethewater River canyon from Wyndham Ruins, with an alternative kidnapping route using the Abductor Virgin in the Raya Lucaria Academy waterwheel basin. Head northwest along the road toward Corpse-Stench Shack. As you approach the building, you will trigger an invasion by Anastasia, Tarnished-Eater.

2. 2

   Lower River Canyon and Wyndham Catacombs

   Proceed down into the canyon to travel through Seethewater River, passing near Wyndham Catacombs and exploring Seethewater Cave. Push deeper along the riverbed until you come upon Seethewater Terminus. Take time to survey the cliffs and clear the subterranean spaces before continuing westward.

3. 3

   Fort Laiedd and Magma Lake

   Head west from Seethewater Terminus toward Fort Laiedd. Enter the fort's main interior courtyard and defeat the heavy Fire Prelate wielding a massive hammer to secure the Prelate's Inferno Crozier, then climb to the upper ramparts and walk out onto the wooden catwalk on the outer wall to loot the Fire Scorpion Charm from a corpse. Afterwards, circle around the nearby lava basin where a Magma Wyrm lurks in the magma, and pass the Craftsman's Shack.

   Watch out: Alexander's questline can be broken if he is attacked and killed before this stage, permanently missing rewards.

4. 4

   Hermit Village to Primeval Sorcerer Azur

   Travel east along the high ridge past the Craftsman's Shack to reach the Hermit Village. Advance through the settlement to battle Demi-Human Queen Maggie, then continue toward the cliff edge.

5. 5

   Mt. Gelmir Campsites and Cliffside Hazards

   Navigate the crags around the First Mt. Ascend the rock faces past the campsite network toward the Ninth Mt. Gelmir Campsite, noting the location of Gelmir Hero's Grave among the regional dungeons.

6. 6

   Summit Crater and Full-Grown Fallingstar Beast

   Use the Spiritspring or climb the long ladder at the Ninth Mt. Gelmir Campsite to launch yourself into the high volcanic crater.

7. 7

   Road of Iniquity and Volcano Manor Approach

   Drop down from the crater's edge and cross the rocky span leading west down the trail toward Volcano Manor. Near the Road of Iniquity Site of Grace, inspect the base of the stone pillar standing beneath the overhang just north of the grace to obtain the Map Fragment: Mt. Gelmir before entering the manor.
