Valtheim Towers
Valtheim Towers is a fortified bridge stronghold spanning the White River along the main road between Whiterun and Windhelm. A gang of bandits has set up a toll bridge here, attempting to extort passing travelers before turning hostile. You must either pay the bandit toll, persuade or intimidate the spokesperson, or clear out the towers by force.

Tips
- Sneak along the southern riverbank to approach the towers quietly rather than triggering the toll conversation on the main road.
- The wooden bridge connecting the two stone towers is narrow and high above the river, making it an ideal spot to use the Unrelenting Force shout to blow enemies to their deaths.
- A lever located inside the northern tower structure controls the spiked wooden deadfall trap set above the doorway.
