Morvath's Lair
Morvath's Lair is a cavern located north of Morthal serving as the hideout for the master vampire Movarth Piquine and his brood. During the quest "Laid to Rest," the Dragonborn explores this cave to eliminate Movarth and eradicate the vampiric threat facing Morthal.

Key fights
Enemies: Movarth Piquine, a leveled Vampire, and multiple Vampire Thralls
Threats: Movarth casts powerful Frost Magic (Ice Spike, Frostbite), uses Drain Life to recover health, and deals heavy melee damage, while his thralls and allied vampire swarm the player in a tight cavern banquet
Weaknesses and resistances: Undead and Vampire traits (50% Weakness to Fire, immune to paralysis/poison, resistant to frost); Movarth and vampires can be turned with high-level Restoration spells
Tactics: Snipe Movarth or his thralls from stealth from the elevated entry tunnel overlooking the dining table, use the narrow wooden bridge and cave ramps as chokepoints to bottle up the thralls, and blast Movarth with Fire damage or Fire Breath before his Drain Life overwhelms you
Rewards: Movarth's Boots (unique boots with +15% Sneak), high-level enchanted loot, master-level chest, completes the objective to slay Movarth for the quest "Laid to Rest"

Tips
- Bringing fire damage weapons or casting fire spells will exploit the natural weakness shared by Movarth and his vampire followers.
- Sneaking through the initial tunnel allows you to bypass or eliminate the first thrall before she alerts the rest of the cavern.
