The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind® Game of the Year Edition guide · Meeting King Hlaalu Helseth
← All areas in this guide

The Royal Palace serves as the administrative seat of Mournhold and the residence of King Hlaalu Helseth during the Tribunal expansion. Players visit the Throne Room to speak directly with the King to progress the main questline, navigate political intrigue, and uncover plots threatening the city. Interacting with Helseth and his guards requires careful diplomacy, as several quests for both the King and Duke Vedam Dren intersect here.
