Tel Vos is the stronghold of Master Aryon, the most progressive councilor of House Telvanni. Players must visit Aryon in his central tower to gain his support, either for promotion within House Telvanni or to be named Telvanni Hortator during the Main Quest. The complex is an unusual architectural hybrid of an Imperial stone fortress overgrown by an organic Telvanni mushroom tower.

- Master Aryon: High-level training in Destruction, Alteration, and Mysticism; spell merchant; faction quests
- Andil: Sells alchemy ingredients, potions, and provides training in the Services Tower
Tips
- Levitation is practically mandatory for navigating the vertical Telvanni additions and reaching Master Aryon's private chambers at the top of the tower.
- Aryon is the easiest Telvanni councilor to convince; he will readily name you Hortator without demanding any favors or duels if your disposition is sufficiently high.
