← All areas in this guide
The Cavern of the Incarnate is the sacred shrine of Azura where the player completes the Third Trial of the Nerevarine prophecies. Entering the cavern requires visiting at dawn or dusk when the entrance unlocks, after which the player receives the Moon-and-Star ring directly from the statue of Azura. Inside, the player speaks with the spirits of failed Incarnates to collect their advice and ancestral gifts before proceeding with the main quest.
