Ald'ruhn Under-Skar is the political and cultural center of House Redoran, built underneath the massive hollowed-out carapace of an ancient emperor crab. Within the council shell, you can meet with the Redoran Councilors, explore the private manors of prominent Redoran nobility, and join or advance within House Redoran. It also houses diverse vendors, guild representatives, and quest givers related to the House Redoran questline and the Main Quest.

Tips
- The Silt Strider is located just outside the western entrance of the city for fast travel to Balmora, Gnisis, Khuul, or Maar Gan.
- A Guild Guide can be found in the Ald'ruhn Guild of Mages, allowing instant teleportation to other major Mages Guild branches.
- Frequent ash storms in Ald'ruhn will obscure your vision and slow your movement, so keep a nearby interior in mind for shelter.
