Ministry of Truth
The Ministry of Truth is a hollowed-out moon floating above the Temple Canton in Vivec, functioning as a high-security prison for Temple dissidents. During the main quest, you must infiltrate the facility to locate and rescue the dissident priest Mehra Milo. You can gain access through stealth, bribery, or violence, ultimately escorting Mehra Milo out with a Divine Intervention scroll so you can meet with the Dissident Priests at Holamayan.

Tips
- Casting Levitation or using a potion of Levitation is required simply to reach the entrance platform of the Ministry of Truth.
- Do not wear the Indoril helmet or cuirass looted from Ordinators around other Ordinators, as they will permanently mark you as a heretic and attack on sight.
- You can complete this rescue completely bloodlessly by using Chameleon, Invisibility, or Sneak to bypass the patrolling Ordinators inside.
- Speak to Mehra Milo once you unlock her cell, hand her a Divine Intervention scroll, and she will teleport safely to Ebonheart, instructing you to rendezvous with her at Holamayan.
