Squall and Irvine navigate the Deling City sewers beneath the presidential residence to reach the assassination vantage point during the parade. The team must open water gates and drop water wheels to bridge gaps and navigate the maze of waterways. Once you reach the exit ladder, the party climbs into the archway overlooking the parade float where Edea is located.

You can interact with the water wheels to ride or climb them, allowing you to cross previously impassable channels.
Open the sewer gates by interacting with their levers to create shortcuts back through the water system.
