Tower of Babil
The party enters the Tower of Babil from the Underworld to prevent Golbez's forces from firing the giant supercannon at the dwarves. Cecil, Yang, Rydia, and Rosa must fight their way up several floors, confront Doctor Lugae, and reach the cannon control room. The mission concludes with a sacrifice to stop the artillery, forcing the surviving members to escape to the surface.

Tips
- Equip Cecil with the ice-elemental gear found in chests on the lower floors to exploit the fire-aligned enemies throughout the tower.
- Have Rosa cast Silence on Doctor Lugae during the boss encounter to prevent him from inflicting status ailments on the party.
- Be sure to collect all treasure chests on this ascent because the lower underground section of the tower cannot be re-entered later in the game.
