Eblan Castle lies in ruins after being attacked by Rubicante and the forces of Baron, but the party can explore it to recover valuable treasure. The castle is completely optional to scavenge once the party secures the Enterprise or the Falcon. Exploring the castle pits the party against high-level treasure chest monsters in exchange for powerful mid-to-late-game gear.

You can visit this area to obtain high-tier equipment early as soon as you have free access to the Overworld airship.
