Joel and Ellie drive into Pittsburgh, where they are violently ambushed by a local group of hostile survivors known as Hunters who stage fake injuries to trap passersby. After crashing their truck inside a convenience store, Joel and Ellie must fight off waves of attackers and navigate the barricaded, hunter-controlled city streets. The objective is to eliminate the ambushers, clear the nearby multi-story garage building, and search for a way out of the area.

Shiv Door: On the second floor of the ambush garage building, unlock the marked wooden door using a shiv to access a cache of crafting materials, supplements, and weapon parts.Optional Conversation: Right after eliminating the hunters inside the garage, approach Ellie near the corpse hanging in the back to prompt a dialogue about the ambush.

Armed with melee weapons and pistols; they will flank your position if you stay behind the crashed truck.

Tips

Do not stay pinned inside the crashed truck at the start of the ambush; move immediately into the adjacent shop counters to flank enemies as they approach.
Save your shivs for the locked Shiv Door on the upper floor of the garage rather than using them on human takedowns.
