Sleeping Forest

The Sleeping Forest is an ancient woodland on the northern continent that serves as the gateway to the Forgotten Capital. Without the Lunar Harp, the forest loops infinitely, preventing the party from reaching the deeper sections. Once the Lunar Harp is obtained from Bone Village, walking into the forest awakens it and opens the way forward.

The red Kjata Summon Materia floats through the canopy of the second screen and must be grabbed by timing your interaction as it zips across the path.

Appears in groups and often uses basic physical strikes or status-inducing pollen.

Tips

You must dig up the Lunar Harp at Bone Village before entering, or the forest will indefinitely loop on the first screen.
Keep your finger near the confirm button on the second screen so you do not miss catching the floating Kjata Materia as it passes by.
