This deep section of the Sewers requires wading through toxic wastewater inhabited by dangerous G-Adults to reach the Supplies Storage Room. Inside, you must solve an intricate maze puzzle using the King and Queen chess plugs to retrieve a powerful weapon and both plugs needed for the Monitor Room door. Once you grab the key items, you must safely navigate back through the contaminated waters.

Tips

Equipping a defensive secondary weapon like a knife or sub-weapon is crucial here, as it lets you break free if a G-Adult grabs you in the deep water.
In the Supplies Storage Room, open the shortcut door with the King plug so you can safely pull both the King and Queen plugs without trapping yourself inside.
Running past G-Adults along their submerged left side right as they rise out of the water can allow you to slip past them without spending precious ammunition.
