Parking Garage
The Parking Garage is the subterranean vehicle bay beneath the Raccoon City Police Department, linking access between the main station and the lower areas like the Jail, Kennel, and Morgue. Upon first attempting to leave using the shutter card reader, the character discovers they need a Parking Garage Key Card to open the gate and proceed. Both Leon and Claire must explore the adjacent rooms to gather key items required to unlock this gate and progress through the story.

Tips
- Examine the Car Key found in the Firing Range to interact with the button on the back, which activates the remote unlock for the police cruiser trunk in the garage.
- The card reader by the exit shutter requires a key card, so do not waste time inspecting it until you have obtained the Parking Garage Key Card from the adjacent sub-areas.
