NEST is Umbrella's underground research facility where players must synthesize a herbicide to clear overgrown vegetation in the Greenhouse, retrieve a higher-tier ID wristband chip, and secure the G-Virus or Antiviral Agent. Once the central shaft is powered and the objective is met, the self-destruct sequence initiates, requiring a timed escape to the bottom platform train. Leon faces Super Tyrant on the escape elevator, while Claire faces G Stage 4 in the train car turntable area.

Mobile boss with a flaming mutated arm that performs an instant-kill charge attack unless staggered with high-damage weapons.

G Stage 4

Weak to Multiple clustered eyes covering its chest and stomach

Massive quadrupedal beast that crawls on walls and drops debris before revealing a massive eye cluster during its final vulnerability phases.

Tips

You must completely incinerate downed Ivy zombies with the Flamethrower or Flame Rounds until they turn into black charcoal, otherwise they will eventually stand back up.
Tune the Signal Modulator in your inventory by selecting the matching 3-letter frequency code and aligning the two radio wave dials before placing it into the wall-mounted breaker box.
In the Drug Testing Lab, fill the Dispersal Cartridge to the exact red line by transferring liquid between the tubes using their respective volume sizes, then immediately bring it to the Low-Temp Testing Lab to cool.
Walking instead of running in the West Area allows you to bypass the Lickers without provoking an attack.
