You must explore the surrounding facilities—including the morgue, dog kennel, generator room, and firing range—to find the electronic parts and keys needed to restore power and open the exit. Navigating this dimly lit area introduces fast-moving threats and unlocks critical shortcuts back up to the police station.

Enemies

Fast and agile enemies found in the Kennel and corridors; easier to shoot while they are approaching in a straight line

Licker

Weak to High-damage weapons, Shotgun/Grenade Launcher to the exposed brain

Appears in the B1 hallway near the Kennel later in the visit; blind and reacts to running or gunfire

Zombie

Weak to Head or legs to dismember

Several corpses in the Morgue and surrounding rooms will reanimate when you collect key items

Tips

Walk slowly instead of running when returning through the kennel corridors to avoid alerting the Lickers that spawn there.
Examine the back of the Car Key in your inventory to press the button and remotely pop the trunk of the police cruiser in the garage.
Clear out the sleeping zombie in the morgue before pulling out the sliding tray with the Diamond Key to avoid being cornered.
