Pokémon Emerald guide · Delivering the Devon Parts

Arriving via Mr. Briney's boat, you must deliver the Devon Goods to Captain Stern in Slateport City. Before you can reach him at the Oceanic Museum, you must first visit Stern's Shipyard to learn his whereabouts, after which Team Aqua will clear out of the museum entrance. Inside the museum, you pay a small entry fee, find Captain Stern on the second floor, and defeat two Team Aqua Grunts to finally deliver the parts.

Tips

The Oceanic Museum costs 50 Poké Dollars to enter, but if you carry 0 money, the receptionist lets you in for free.
Don't forget to talk to the Team Aqua Grunt on the first floor of the museum before defeating the grunts upstairs, or you'll miss getting TM46 (Thief) easily.
