Resting in the hot springs at the Volcanic Island Camp clears the accumulated loss gauge from your party's maximum health bars without needing an inn or camp.
Pack several bottles of Newt Liqueur before traveling to the island if you intend to unlock the Warfarer vocation immediately upon arrival.
