Tips

Pack blooming purple moss clumps or equipment that resists frostbite, as many attacks from Friede, wolves, and tree women build up the frost status effect quickly.
Sister Friede can be easily staggered, backstabbed, and parried due to her low poise compared to other major bosses.
Tracking the snow displaced by Sister Friede's feet reveals her location immediately after she turns invisible to wind up her charged grab.
