← All areas in this guide

Archdragon Peak is an optional, late-game secret area accessed by performing the Path of the Dragon gesture near a petrified dragon statue in the Irithyll Dungeon. Players traverse ruined mountain structures to fight the Ancient Wyvern, summon-wielding serpent-men, and eventually the Nameless King. Rings, dragon transformation stones, and ashes needed for Titanite upgrades can be gathered throughout the area.

Tips

  • You do not need to fight the Ancient Wyvern head-on; run past the serpent-men through the arena to find the high scaffolding above its head for an instant-kill plunging attack.
  • Giving the Dragon Chaser's Ashes to the Shrine Handmaid unlocks the ability to purchase infinite Titanite Chunks, Twinkling Titanite, and Titanite Scales.
  • Ringing the great bell permanently changes the weather to a stormy overcast sky and unlocks the fog gate to the Nameless King fight, but prevents you from accessing a few ground areas swallowed by the clouds.
